HOW LONG BEFORE MY ITEM ARRIVES?

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT/DEBIT CARD ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Yes it safe we use Paypal & Stripe as payment processors both have the latest SSL encryption technology we do not receive your credit card details.

DO YOU HAVE SIZE GUIDES?

The size guide for all our items is located in each product page or you can located the size guide by clicking HERE 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?   

While is rare mixups can happen sometimes. Please contact us at hello@streetsidesurgeons.co.uk We will usually ship you the correct item out and include a prepaid returns envelope to return the incorrect item back to us. 

CAN I PICK MY ORDER UP?

Unfortunately StreetSide Surgeons has no facility in our warehouse to collect orders. 

CAN YOU PRINT MY DESIGNS?

If you would like us to print one of your own creations please contact us to discuss your requirements.  

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?

Sure please send us a list of items you are interested in and also the quantities.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Please use the returns portal located here to return all items for a full refund or exchange.
